Once a month I want to feature the amazing people I know in my circle titled The Cools. Meet my homie Elle (pronounced EL-LE). She pretty much does all things fashion and creative! Elle is the owner of the Arts and Culture Website 21-7Magazine which relaunches next month. In the mean time, she’s a freelance stylist and one of the visual creatives at Topshop.
